Job Summary

Rudolph & Shivers, PLLC has an opening for a Full-Time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant located in Oviedo. We are a full-service tax and advisory CPA office. We have a supportive and friendly office environment, and we are seeking a professional-minded individual who possesses strong attention to detail.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

· Phone Support - answer incoming telephone calls, take messages, and respond to questions as necessary

· Schedule Management - Schedule appointments, lunches, and client office meetings

· Assemble and process electronic filing for tax returns and compliance

· Process and distribute daily mail

· Process payments

· Assist with filing & office organization

· Manage vendor relationships

 

Qualifications and Skills

· Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (Seasonal Overtime around Tax deadlines)

· Professional appearance & attitude. Kind and generous to our clients, staff, and referrals.

· Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Be able to work independently and take initiative

· Previous receptionist & office experience, preferably in a CPA office

· Experience in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Outlook

· Experience with Quickbooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16 - $17.50 per hour – depending on qualifications

  • AA degree or pursuing. Working towards further education and growth is a plus.
