We are looking for ​an Office Administrator to join our team 

Job Location is Fort Lauderdale and/or Pembroke Pines. Location will be discussed at interview.

We are currently looking for a Part Time individual with the hours of 2-7pm Monday through Friday and A full time individual. 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Drug Test supervision.
  • Scanning patient paperwork.
  • Confirming appointments with patients.
  • Must be flexible, team player.
  • Strong commitment to patient satisfaction with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Maintaining reception area and refreshment supplies for patients.
  • Receive and post payment to customer's account
  • Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
  • Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect service
  • Keep records and status of customer's account
  • Background check and drug test are required.
  • Perform Drug Test Supervision on Clients

Qualifications:

  • Pleasant, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Must be able to pass a background check by the Florida Department of Corrections.

This is a perfect job for a college student. Because of the downtime you will be able to complete you homework while getting paid.
