Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing extensive concierge services for the workspace tenants
  • Driving promotion of amenities for tenants and developing new ideas for services that would be important for their clients
  • Managing events and programs offered to tenants
  • Showing a variety of spaces and providing workspace options to prospective tenants
  • Managing invoices for tenants and vendors
  • Upselling services and conference room spaces
  • Assisting with renewal processing
  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Walking through spaces with potential tenants and brokers
  • Preparing bill-backs to tenants for additional services
  • Building relationships with tenants
  • Communicating with General Manager on projects and providing support

Special Skills:

  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong mentorship and development skills

Must Have:

  • BA or BS
  • MS Office Skills
  • 2+ years of experience within co-working property management or hospitality sales
