Who We're Seeking

We are currently recruiting for Sales Representative (Growth Specialist) to join our company. Why is that awesome? Well, for one, growth specialists are the front door to our company and help lead us to success. And secondly... Our clients are pretty awesome to work with 



The Responsibilities For This Role: 

  • OPPORTUNITY GENERATION: Proactively identifying and cultivating potential leads through market research, networking, and digital channels to create a robust pipeline for business opportunities
  • OUTREACH & COMMUNICATION: Initiating first contact with potential clients via cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach, doing discovery, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Web Canopy Studio's services.
  • RAPPORT & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing relevant solutions, and maintaining regular communication.
  • DEAL NEGOTIATION & CLOSURE: Leading the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing, including presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements to achieve sales targets.
  • CRM MANAGEMENT & UTILIZATION: Diligently managing and updating client information in the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of interactions, progress, and sales forecasts.


The Skills Needed For This Role: 

  • NEGOTIATION & CLOSING: Showcases proven negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals, overcoming objections, and crafting win-win solutions.
  • COMMUNICATION EXCELLENCE: Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly, persuade prospects, and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • STRATEGIC PROSPECTING: Demonstrates an adept ability to strategically identify and target high-value leads, using a mix of research, intuition, and industry knowledge to prioritize efforts effectively.
  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Exhudes a natural flair for building rapport and trust with clients, understanding their unique challenges, and positioning oneself as a reliable advisor in their growth journey.
  • CRM PROFICIENCY: Must be highly proficient in CRM software, particularly HubSpot, to efficiently manage client interactions, track sales progress, and analyze data to guide strategy.


*Ideally our perfect fit candidates have HubSpot experience inside multiple Hubs and are very comfortable working inside this platform, as well as Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketo.

  • Base Salary: $35k-$40k
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $80k-$100k (commission)
