Fish Window Cleaning is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative during the summer season. The Sales Representative will handle the business-to-business sales process including customer service, street bidding, follow up calls, closing deals, relationship building. Enjoying the benefits of selling for the largest window cleaning company in the country, the sales representative will primarily focus on building our commercial route business with repeat customers in Traverse City and the surrounding area. Our team enjoys working in a fun, friendly atmosphere with job flexibility.
This position is seasonal, typically April - November, and has opportunities to be part-time or full-time.
COMPENSATION INCLUDES BASE PAY + COMMISSION
TYPICAL SCHEDULE: 20-40 HOURS/WEEK
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquire new business through face-to-face sales process.
- Follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to meet.
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.
- An interest in working in sales

- Good writing skills
- Motivational skills to lift the morale of the team whenever necessary
- Willing to learn, actively solicits feedback and constructive criticism from others
- Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation
