Position Overview
NSight365 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Exchange Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in deploying and supporting Microsoft Exchange in large-scale enterprise environments. This role demands an expert level of proficiency in Exchange Online, Hybrid deployments, and migrations, as well as a deep understanding of email protection policies, data retention policies, and mail flow management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and support of MS Exchange solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Manage and configure Exchange Online and Hybrid deployments and migrations.
- Implement and manage email protection policies, data retention policies, and mail flow connectors and rules.
- Utilize Exchange Management Shell for various administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with federal retention and removal requirements following the National Archives "Capstone" approach.
- Produce comprehensive technical documents and engineering diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Exchange solutions.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience deploying and supporting MS Exchange in an enterprise environment.
- Expert level knowledge of Exchange Online and Hybrid deployments and migrations.
- Extensive experience configuring email protection policies, data retention policies, and send/receive mail flow connectors and rules.
- Proficient in Exchange Management Shell.
- Familiarity with the National Archives "Capstone" approach to federal retention and removal requirements.
Skills Required:
- Project lead experience with a demonstrable history of leading successful deployments of enterprise-class solutions.
- Skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-focused attitude with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Expert level understanding of Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Experience administering MS365 in an enterprise environment.
Certifications:
- MS-220 (Microsoft Exchange Online Support Engineer)
