Are you seeking a 1st shift, full-time Mechanical Assembly opportunity with leadership potential with a reputable, growing manufacturer in Waukesha, WI?

We are looking for you

In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of engines, sub-assemblies, and kits using documented procedures and policies. We are looking for someone who can grow into a Lead role in the Assembly Department.

Typical Duties/Essential Job Functions Include:

  • Learn and follow plant safety requirements
  • Assemble product according to engineering assembly instructions and drawings to meet Quality requirements
  • Identify and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Perform all assembly-related functions as required with hand and/or power tools
  • Operate an overhead crane
  • Clean and paint parts as required using equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work independently and recognize opportunities to contribute
  • Complete inventory and job transactions in Company MRP System

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Physically able to lift and handle 35 lbs.
  • Interest in moving into a leadership role
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good verbal and written skills to communicate with Leadership
  • 2 Years of Mechanical Assembly experience

Job Details:

  • 1st shift: 7 am - 3 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Starting Pay: $20/hour with room to grow.
