**Position Overview:**

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to handle daily office operations, manage client and vendor interactions, and support our team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative processes and successful project outcomes.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Office Operations:** Manage phones, correspondence, and office supplies.

- **Finance:** Handle invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping. Coordinate with accountants for financial reporting.

- **Customer Service:** Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, resolving issues as needed.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist with scheduling, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely task completion.

- **Document Management:** Maintain and organize contracts, permits, and records.

- **Office Maintenance:** Keep the office organized and efficient.

- **Team Support:** Provide administrative support and assist with project-related tasks.

 

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Previous Office Manager experience preferred; construction or remodeling industry experience a plus.

- **Skills:** Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Education:** High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher in business administration preferred.
