Job DescriptionJob Description

We are recruiting for an Account Manager for a client of ours in Largo. In this position you will be working with an established book of clients, taking orders, answering questions and building trust with the client. 

Ideally we are looking for a person with great computer skills, strong communications abilities and an interest in building roots with a company. This is a stable environment where they have had multiple staff stay longer than 10 years because of the work environment. 

Duties:

  • Respond to email and phone communications to answer questions, take orders, solve problems etc.
  • Develop an open communications channel with the book of business you are given to manage.
  • Work with internal staff to estimate project costs
  • Set project deadline expectations for the client

Skills:

  • Very strong computer skills, comfortable with all Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-starter who can think on their feet 
  • Inquisitive - likes to learn new processes and subjects
  • Can work in a team oriented environment
