Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to comprehend their insurance needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Address client inquiries and provide thorough information regarding insurance products and services.
  • Policy Management: Supervise and manage insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and promote long-term relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: An active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 License is mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or account management is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Client Focus: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
