Office Administration Manager

We are looking to hire an Office Administration Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- General Office Admin duties, meeting clients at front desk, taking/making calls, scheduling appts etc.
- Opening office, collecting mail, working on computer systems you will be trained on
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
