We are looking to hire an Office Administration Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • General Office Admin duties, meeting clients at front desk, taking/making calls, scheduling appts etc.
  • Opening office, collecting mail, working on computer systems you will be trained on
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
