Job Description: Sales Account Manager
Reports To: President
Classification: Exempt
About the Role: As a Sales Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including social media, trade shows, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services provided.
- Present and demonstrate the products or services to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales and close deals with customers.
- Provide estimating department with pictures and documents required to prepare bid.
- Ensure estimates are completed in timely manner by estimating department.
- Networking both during work hours and periodically after hours while representing the company at designated industry network groups.
- Maintaining assigned sales quotas and following established company guidelines.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Develop working relationships with property managers, condo associations, commercial property owners, and facility managers.
- Continued growth with current customer base.
- Maintaining proper sales reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Complete other duties at the discretion of management
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments and people.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public.
- Good computer skills.
- CRM experience a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the West Palm/Miami area
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
