Maintenance Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Project Manager capable of achieving DoD clearance and ultimately Secret clearance. The successful candidate will be responsible for building an organized and structured maintenance program as part of a SAP project. This role includes managing physical assets, staffing, CMMS implementation, developing and integrating new processes, and handling change and risk management within the customer’s on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program.
  • Manage and maintain physical assets to ensure optimal operation.
  • Oversee staffing requirements and manage personnel effectively.
  • Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Develop and integrate new processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct change and risk management within the customer’s on-site environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to achieve DoD clearance and ultimately Secret clearance.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing maintenance programs.
  • Strong background in SAP project management.
  • Expertise in CMMS implementation and management.
  • Excellent skills in change and risk management.
  • Ability to manage physical assets and staffing effectively.
