Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Technical Services Project Management or Principal Technical Services Project Management to join our diverse and skilled team. This role will be based in a dynamic environment.

The project manager will deliver organizational and technical guidance across the Digital Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) initiative at various locations. Responsibilities include overseeing project development from initial award to final delivery, mentoring team members, and managing project objectives, timelines, and budgets while complying with company policies.

As a member of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology & Innovation development team, you will define, develop, implement, and transition innovative technology solutions to manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate quality. This position supports AMT Digital Communications and the creation, production, integration, and deployment of secure communication solutions. Key competencies for success in this role include meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, effective task prioritization, and the ability to operate with minimal guidance or vague requirements. This role necessitates collaboration with internal and external clients, program offices, various business functions, engineering teams, and executive leadership. Additionally, the position requires the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in budgeting and project management will be essential for accurately scoping and executing assigned tasks and managing project efforts.

Basic Qualifications for Technical Services Project Management (Level 2):

Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in engineering or project management within the aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or production sectors; OR Master of Science degree with no prior experience in these fields. Familiarity with ERP systems. Project/Program Management skills (proposal development, scheduling, budget oversight). Experience in Earned Value Management, Financial Tracking, Staffing, and Financial Planning. Proficiency with the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence or other task management software. A current and active DoD Secret level security clearance with a periodic re-investigation OR an original adjudication date completed within the last 5 years. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access. Willingness to travel at least 10%.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
