Key Responsibilities of a Full Time Client Engagement Associate:

  • Develop and sustain enduring business and client relationships.
  • Identify, address, and provide effective solutions to client issues and inquiries.
  • Maintain transparent communication among our clients, their consumers, and our Client Relations Management Team.
  • Leverage product expertise to promote additional products and services as necessary, assisting our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Deliver a personalized purchasing experience and exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order processing is completed and installation schedules are established.
  • Document client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all pertinent information to our Senior Client Relations Managers.
  • Collaborate with fellow Client Relations Managers and other Customer Service and Sales team members to ensure all sales objectives are achieved.

The Ideal Candidate for the Full Time Client Engagement Associate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields is preferred.
  • People-oriented with a passion for relationship building.
  • Charismatic and personable demeanor that resonates with fellow Client Relations Managers and other Customer Service team members.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Practices active listening and demonstrates empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive in addressing unexpected challenges.
