The Customer Services and Events Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing their purchasing experience, and fostering loyalty.
This role encompasses addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
In instances where immediate solutions are not available, the Customer Services & Events Assistant will have the backing of the Managing Director, Business Operations Manager, and other team members to assist in finding resolutions.
This position also involves supporting the Business Operations Manager and Partnerships Manager in the execution of events, both in preparation and on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily online orders efficiently.
Manage and respond to all sales-related communications via email, phone, and other channels.
Act as a key liaison between customer service and warehouse operations.
Handle administration for exchanges and returns.
Collaborate with sales to enhance customer satisfaction strategies.
Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and customer financial information by securing sensitive documents.
Coordinate with delivery suppliers to track orders.
Evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Establish effective communication processes for customer service representatives to engage with customers through various platforms.
Process PRINTiD printouts.
Perform other general administrative tasks as necessary.
Assist customers in the retail environment.
Support sales efforts at events as needed.
