We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Houston Office to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Send emails to clients, vendors and main office
  • Maintain Fleetmatics data base
  • Assist Office Manager with administrative duties
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Previous data base experience
  • Office 365 experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • At least 3 years Quickbooks accounting software experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Bilingual, Spanish and English preferred
