General Role Description:

effectively.

strategic partnerships.
o Setting Goals: They set clear objectives for revenue growth, market share, and
customer acquisition.
3. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
o Identifying Prospects: BDMs identify potential clients, partners, or investors.
They research and create a pipeline of leads.
o Networking: They attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
to connect with potential clients.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Building Relationships: BDMs establish and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients. They understand their needs, address concerns, and explore
upselling opportunities.
o Negotiation: They negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
5. Sales and Revenue Generation:
o Pitching Products/Services: BDMs present the company’s offerings to potential

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
