CLIENT SERVICES LIAISON   (Position is non exempt)

Position Description:

The Client Services Liaison (CSL) will assist in the management and daily operations of two commercial building locations: Middlesex Green (office park located in Concord, MA) and RS56 (property located in Charlestown, MA) consisting of approximately 460,000 square feet. In addition, the CSL will provide client servicessupport across Paradigm’s portfolio. The CSL will be the primary connection between Paradigm Properties and the clients at the Building(s) and will interact with the clients at all corporate levels. Additional responsibilities include takingthe lead in creating new Client Service initiatives and overseeing implementation. An opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the Client Services department is available. The CSL will split time onsite at the Building(s) and the office (located in Boston, Downtown Crossing). 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Central point of contact for clients; liaison between clients and Paradigm.
  • Manage Client communications and uphold Paradigm standard regarding email and onsite marketing materials.
  • Establish relationships and strong rapport with all clients - especially Decision Makers.
  • Log all calls and uphold team communication, looping in the appropriate team members as needed to resolve issues (Engineering, Property Manager, and Assistant Property Manager).
  • Manage all amenities at properties.

·         Build and Maintain database of local and general information (restaurants, services, etc.).

·         Maintain current knowledge of events and amenities at Building(s) and across applicable portfolio and generate new initiatives in line with budgets at Building(s).

·         Plan building events and welcome events at Building(s) and across applicable portfolio.

  • Monitor incoming work orders and ensure they are getting updated and billed appropriately by working directly with building engineer.
  • Manage card access system for building.  
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with Property Manager and Engineering.

·         Collect client info (email addresses, personnel changes) and maintain and update Salesforce and internal database.

·         Maintaining ongoing knowledge of building details (leasing activity, basic lease terms, etc.).

·         Conduct frequent building tours and report any issues to engineer and APM/PM. 

  • Provide APM/PM support when necessary.

·         Greet clients and guests; direct guests and deliveries to suites.

Skills/Experience:

       B.A. degree preferred (but not required).

·      Computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Word or comparable application. Experience with spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) and database (Microsoft Access) software helpful. Proven ability to learn new software applications. Salesforce experience a plus.

·      Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

·      Flexibility and acceptance of both traditional and progressive business environments.

·      Ability to travel between Building(s) and office.

·      Experience with green initiatives/sustainability preferred (but not required).
