This position is primarily office-based in Concord, MA, with flexible remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients directly to investigate, troubleshoot, and provide assistance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support clients through various communication channels including support tickets, live chat, phone calls, and video conferencing.
- Ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Analyze problems and offer best practices to optimize the use of Tripleseat products.
- Conduct training sessions for both new and experienced users through webinars and educational workshops.
- Act as a liaison between clients and other Tripleseat departments for escalated issues, ensuring proactive communication.
- Provide internal product expertise to fellow team members and departments.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of support documentation.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to deliver accurate assistance.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new support staff.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service is essential; experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, resourcefulness, patience, and motivation.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with web-based software tools such as Zendesk, Slack, Guru, Zoom, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both collaboratively and independently, while keeping a sense of humor.
