  1. Manage all aspects of our GoHighLevel account, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. This may include but not limited to:

  • Expertly onboard new clients, setting up their GoHighLevel accounts and integrating essential tools like Zapier, CoPilot Ai, Google Suite/Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads.

  • Utilize Zapier, CoPilot Ai, Asana, Google Suite/Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and other integrations to automate workflows and streamline processes.

  • Lead nurturing automations

  • Email domain set up inside GHL

  • Website management through GHL

  • Report generation and management

2. Knowledge or experience on setting up or managing social media ads specifically Linkedin and Facebook/Meta is a plus.

3. Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, researching solutions until a fix is found.

4. Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure error-free output in all tasks.
