Job Overview:


As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist at US Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and facilitating communications among various internal and external parties to guarantee that all marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly and that financial transactions are processed promptly.

Your collaboration will extend to leaders across different departments, as well as platform and finance teams.

This position requires an exceptional communicator with a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset and the capability to engage with multiple stakeholders across diverse time zones.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing Operations.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Entry-level

Organizational Skills:
The individual must demonstrate superior organizational abilities.

Detail Orientation:

The ability to monitor and manage monthly invoices across various stakeholders, as well as any outstanding invoices from previous months.


Written Communication Proficiency:
The capacity to effectively communicate with all parties involved in campaign billing, execution, and setup.

Familiarity with Coupa:
Basic knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payable management systems, such as Coupa or similar billing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Monthly Billing Procedures:
Take charge of communications between platform Accounts Receivable teams, internal Accounts Payable teams, and marketing teams to ensure that all monthly invoices across social platforms are processed in a timely manner.

Support Campaign Implementation:
Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate campaign setup. Ensure that all content is verified, proofread, and has received the necessary approvals.

Reporting Duties:
Assist in the preparation of reports, ensuring that they are delivered accurately and on time to all relevant stakeholders.
