Responsibilities for a Recruiting Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown:

  • This is a float position and will require the recruiting coordinator to assist at various campuses as needed, however the primary working location is Allentown.
  • Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of the CNA Training Program.
  • Post internal job announcements and ensure job boards are up to date.
  • Process internal bids and transfers.
  • Create accurate offer letters including details on rate, benefits eligibility, bonus, etc. and ensure new hire paperwork is completed correctly.
  • Prepare audit files to include references, backgrounds, and clearances for each new hire.
  • Assist in scheduling physical/drug screen appointments.
  • Maintains the open position spreadsheet and reviews individual requisitions at weekly recruitment meeting.
  • Is a team player with a flexible, collaborative, and creative approach. Possesses a keen interest in learning and developing as a professional and staying on top of best practice research. Displays personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and transparency.

Requirements for a Recruiting Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Recruiting experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Working knowledge of social media; knowledge of HR databases and applicant tracking systems. Basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of Human Resources policies and practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize. Must have strong verbal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and with a team
