Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client’s Payroll Department. This role requires strong Excel, data entry, and Word skills to assist with logging payroll tax payments, filing weekly payroll taxes, and creating visual work instructions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling various administrative tasks with precision.
Qualifications:· High School diploma or equivalent.· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.· Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.· Ability to create clear and concise visual work instructions.· Familiarity with payroll processes a plus.· High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Previous experience in an administrative or payroll support role.· Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
