Cafe a la C'Art/Carte Blanche Catering seeks an experienced, reliable catering/event/restaurant manager primarily overseeing a full-service catering operation. The successful candidate is a good team leader with excellent organizational and customer service skills. Banquet and catering experience and the ability to work in a high volume environment is required. Tasks include overseeing all aspects of catering operations such as deliveries, managing small and large events, packing, setting buffets, serving, overseeing a team, and working with clients. Restaurant manager tasks may include overseeing the waitstaff and providing outstanding customer service. Computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
