Our Goals:

At Hazel Management, our goal is To simplify real estate investing for everyone while building stronger communities. We're committed to maintaining high standards of service, fostering positive relationships with our tenants, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the apartment community, ensuring smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
- Manage on-site staff, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and review invoices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain property standards through regular inspections and maintenance coordination.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Advertise and market vacant units to attract prospective tenants and optimize occupancy rates.
- Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.


Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in residential property management.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Previous experience in real estate preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Proficiency in property management and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant software and databases.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred.
