We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint in the Southeastern US. This role will primarily focus on growth within Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Carolina.  As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of representing NFC and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.


The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new regions within the Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and North Carolina Markets while maintaining customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Development Reports to the CRO


Requirements and skills:


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/Monday.com)
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
