As a dynamic organization with a global presence, our passion & determination to design, manufacture, and sell the highest quality products across a diverse set of industries is what we do. We are a 24x7 manufacturing facility.

Positions require availability and flexibility to work any shift in our 24/7 schedule, but the current opening will most likely be on C-Shift or D-Shift:

  • A-Shift 7am-7pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & every other Wednesday
  • B-Shift 7pm-7am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & every other Saturday
  • C-Shift 7am-7pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & every other Wednesday
  • D-Shift 7pm-7am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & every other Saturday

What you’ll do:

• Primary responsibility is for the Safety, Quality, and Productivity of the Converting department.

• Provide daily technical support to the assigned manufacturing area.

• Responsible for the proper training of employees for maximum efficiency and outstanding quality.

• Maintains and enforces Company and Safety Policies.

• Coordination of staffing for assigned departments.

• Continuously interacts with support departments on Production related issues.

• Sets high standards for plant housekeeping and enforces compliance.

• Provide support/coverage to other Production Supervision including off-shift coverage as needed.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and mentoring skills.

• Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects and priorities.

• Must have ability to work 24/7 schedule; 12 hours shifts, 3 & 4 shift workweeks

• Ability to interact in a professional manner with all levels of the organization.

What you have:

• BS Engineering or related technical discipline preferred, coupled with 2+ years of applicable experience in a manufacturing role.

• Prefer 2+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or relevant leadership role.

• Above average PC skills and demonstrated experience with MS Office.
