RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, management and financial analysis. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Cost Accounting: Develops and maintains cost accounting systems, processes, and controls. Monitor manufacturing costs, analyze variances, and provide insights for cost-saving initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to streamline operations and strengthen financial controls.
  • Analysis: review and analyze all data from financial, production, and all other operational areas. Regularly present analytical results, findings and recommendations to the E-team.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly and annual statements. Design and implement scorecards and methods of tracking key drivers of production and financial performance.
  • Team Management: Lead and supervise accounting team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and other regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Lead the annual auditing to ensure the completion of the process.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA/CMA/MBA is desirable not required
  • 7+ years accounting experience.
  • Manufacturing experience or Cost Accounting Experience a must.
  • Strong analytical skills a must
  • Global accounting experience a plus
  • Management experience a must
  • Solid understanding of GAAP rules and regulations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & QuickBooks
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deal with complex data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to travel internationally.
