Account Executive

As Account Executive for ID Dataweb, you will be responsible for increasing the company’s revenue and expanding the company’s customer base. As an Account Executive, you will sell into large strategic prospect accounts. You will also manage and expand current customer relationships, including: renewals and additional licensing and services opportunities. You will report to the SVP of Sales & Marketing. Travel is required.
The primary Account Executive responsibilities are as follows:
- Lead Generation: Proactively contribute to lead generation efforts through targeted research, outreach, and engagement activities, expanding the pool of potential clients.
- Qualifying Prospects: Set up 30-min introductory calls with prospects, presenting a high level overview of company’s offerings. Your assignment in this phase is to move the prospect from “Qualified Lead” to a “Customer Opportunity” by getting a commitment for the prospect to participate in coordinated 1 hour sales briefing.
- Client Growth Opportunities: Play a pivotal role in identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts, contributing to revenue growth and enhanced client relationships.
- Precise Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, particularly within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for effective account management.
- Reporting and Presentation Support: Collaborate in generating reports and creating presentations when required, aiding in the communication of insights, progress, and results to internal teams and clients.
- Client Relationship Collaboration: Collaborate with senior account managers in various aspects of client relationship management, supporting efforts to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction.

The Account Executive will report directly to the Senior Vice President of sales and marketing. This position offers a base salary of $55,000 to $80,000 with OTE (On Target Earnings) of $250,000 and uncapped commissions with full medical benefits with participation in the company’s 401K program.
