Job SummaryWe are seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable/Payroll Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, process payroll and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets. 
Responsibilities 
  • Reconciling credit card and bank statements.
  • Maintaining accurate general ledger journal entries.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, handle payroll-related inquiries, and maintain payroll records.
  • Preparing accounts payable invoices.
  • Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Process construction pre-liens, mechanic liens, lien releases. 
  • Providing support for audits. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to handle account issues. 
  • Preparing expense reports. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.  
  • Excellent problem-solving and research skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Spanish/English speaking.   
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in human resources, payroll, and accounts payable.  
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
