We are seeking a Medical Office Manager to become a part of our team You will coordinate medical and health services for a multi-provider specialty practice. You must have experience leading a high-volume, fast-passed medical practice while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • The Office Manager must have experience leading a high-volume, fast-passed medical practice while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
  • In this position, you will work collaboratively with the Physicians to manage day-to-day operations of all non-clinical aspects in the clinic, including managing a staff of Medical Assistants, and Receptionists
  • Manage day to day clinic needs by developing schedules, leading the front desk, implementing productivity standards, resolving operation/facility problems, and implementing new procedures and protocols
  • Ensure exceptional customer service in all patient interactions and adherence to all policies and procedures
  • Performs all managerial duties such as staff training, evaluation of staff performance, along with hiring, promoting and terminating staff, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a medical office as a Supervisor or Manager
  • Ability to lead by example and manage a team while contributing as a front-line worker
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and respond to patient complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Professional communication and presentation skills, including face to face, email, telephone, and video conference
