POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operations Manager directs the company program and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties (SLA) between company and our clients. The company’s goals are to maintain the clients’ buildings in clean and in orderly conditions and to provide excellent customer service.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business and sales division to make sure that customer satisfaction is met to the highest standard. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

· Overseeing the complete operation of your team in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans;

· Staffing, guiding, leading, and managing your organization in accordance with the Company guideline;

· Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth;

· Exploring opportunities to increase the bottom-line revenue;

· Maintaining communications with the team and clients to assure improved relationships;

· Overseeing team morale and resolving internal and external issues; and

· Performing other managerial responsibilities as necessary.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

· 10+ years management experience is required.

· Maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

· Capable of using independent judgment and solid decision-making skills.

· Must be adaptable to change, work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

· Proven ability to manage and lead teams.

· Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment under constantly changing priorities.

· Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility.

· Ability to maintain a budget.

· Flexible work schedule required.

· Bi-lingual preferred.

· Advanced knowledge of electronic time tracking systems and other applications.

· Understand, follow, and manage staff in accordance with California law regarding time recording/meal breaks/rest breaks.
