Duties and Responsibilities:
 Works with the Management Team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant
staffing levels.
 Ensuring that products and guests’ experience are consistent with our brand,
culture and standard of excellence
 Provide on-going Coaching that fosters the CFA culture and operational
excellence
 Ensure TM’s clock-in and clock-out according to their scheduled shift
 Ensure all areas of the business are flowing smoothly, Guests are being served,
the Dining Room, restrooms and parking lot are clean, disinfecting protocols
followed, team members meet ALL uniform requirements etc.
 Create the game-plan for your shift, ensure shift is set up for success
 Ensure staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitor the
overall financial performance of the store

 Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect
while providing them with direction and feedback.
 Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing hospitality and service

 Responsible for inventory facilities management.
 Complete understanding of each key position in both the front or back of house.

 Provide a Remarkable guest experience consistently.
 Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is
not limited to, standing for up to 10 hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.
 Other duties as assigned.
