  • 3-5 years experience in Servo valve and hydraulic design experience


SUMMARY

Design Engineer conducts analytical studies on engineering proposals and existing designs for hydraulic products by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes proposed product specifications, in conjunction with the Project Engineer, to determine feasibility of product proposal
  • Prepares product, component, or system layout
  • Prepares detailed drawings and schematics, including revision changes to drawings.
  • Analyzes test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
  • Confers with Project Engineer and other engineering personnel to prepare design modifications as required.
  • Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment of perform engineering and design tasks.
  • Keeps area clean according to 5S standards.
  • Follows all safety rules as set by the company.
