Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.

Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape.

  • Set clear goals and objectives for team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
