Position Overview:

Training Specialist is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates instructions, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Responsibilities for a training specialist include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day training logistics, such as scheduling, planning and executing training as needed.
  • Manage the training calendar and training matrix for all in process and executed programs and processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to create written and visual training-related materials.
  • Create and analyze feedback forms to produce reports on the training outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant working experience
