Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. This role starts as part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time for the right individual. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and occasional on-site technical support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining client IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Implement and support cybersecurity measures.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software.
  • Document issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve IT support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
  • Reside in or near Tucson, Arizona, or willing to work remotely with occasional visits to Tucson.
