Our property management company is looking for a warm, charismatic, detail-oriented, problem-solving individual to be responsible for managing this beautiful, well established community in Provo, UT. We need someone who can be a part of a team, who is an achiever; willing to find ways to make things happen.

You will be responsible for seeing that our residents have a great experience through great service, accurate account management, seamless move-in and move-out procedures and managing overall property operations. This includes:

  • Leasing
  • Budgeting and expense tracking
  • Rent collection
  • Scheduling/ time management
  • Office organization
  • All facility operations
  • Managing the team in a positive, encouraging manner

You must be honest and exercise integrity at work and in life. You must have a desire to help others, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to handle a high volume of work. You will need to be able to problem solve, multi-task, have an affinity for numbers and Excel. You must have good verbal and written communication skills and be adept at managing and developing a small team of employees.

You will also be required to pass a background and drug screening upon hiring.

The position is full-time, primarily working between 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday. As seasons, activities, and workload require, you must be available to work some evenings and some Saturdays.

This is a salary position, pay depending on experience. Medical Benefits are not included. Paid Time off is earned beginning immediately, some paid holidays after 90 days, and 401-K after 1 year are some of the benefits offered.
