Position Overview:

The Property Leasing Supervisor assists the Community Manager in all operational facets of the community, with a primary emphasis on effective leasing. This role also involves overseeing budget performance, rent collections, staff management, and ensuring high levels of customer service and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly leasing targets through innovative marketing strategies, successful renewal initiatives, and positive team motivation.
  • Assist with daily leasing activities, including conducting property tours, managing phone inquiries, and handling email communications.
  • Utilize company-standard leasing tools such as the Entrata leasing workflow, general website SEO, and online/social marketing strategies.
  • Maintain resident accounts to ensure accurate balances.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the happiness of all residents and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; college experience preferred.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment.
