Personal Injury Intake Specialist - Multiple Positions 

We are a personal injury law firm that has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Personal Injury Intake Specialist in our Houston office. The AK Law Firm is rapidly growing and has a need for three experienced Personal Injury Intake Specialist.

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer all new Potential New Clients incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner as providing Excellent Client Services to all Potential Clients, this would be a priority to anything else that is being completed.
  • Establish a positive, trusting rapport with potential clients immediately over the phone.
  • Conduct a brief but thorough intake by using a ‘Scripted’ Intake Questionnaire to effectively determine liability, damages, and source of recovery.
  • Speak with confidence and sell the AK Law Firm as the best choice for the potential new client.
  • Immediately verify if the lead is a qualified lead and send the contract to the potential client to make sure the potential client signs our contract while on the phone.
  • Utilize Lead Docket (intake case management software) effectively and in compliance with the firm’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Follow up calls to potential clients who have not signed a retainer at prescribed interval. per department protocols.
  • Achieve 90% success rate in signing new callers who we can and want to help (“Wanted” Leads).
  • Help create a positive team environment by communicating with each team member to ensure all potential new clients are given prompt attention.
  • Be able to refer to any cases that fall outside of our general practice area and follow-up to confirm referral is accepted.
  • Willingness to learn new procedures, new methods and to adapt to sudden changes in daily Intake operations.
  •  Ability to organize, prioritize and time-management of assigned tasks.
  • Able to have fun, energized, positive thinking and enthusiasm and ready to start a new career.
  • Customer Service or Call-Center Background
  • Management experience (desired but not required)
  • Bilingual is a MUST

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Face of the firm who drives to meet prospective clients to explain the process and explain our contract to them.
  • Sales and negotiations skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A proficient background in legal intake is required.
