In this position, you will assist our attorneys and case managers, playing a crucial role in all stages of the pre-litigation case management process.

The ideal candidate is diligent, has a robust customer service background (experience in call centers is advantageous), and is detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and direct incoming calls from existing and prospective clients

- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess client qualifications

- Oversee the client retention process under the supervision of a senior case manager

- Arrange virtual and in-person consultations

- Maintain attorney schedules

- Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (both verbal and written)

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

- Experience in an inbound call center is a plus

- Preferred experience in a sales environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly organized with experience in document management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

Education Requirements

- High school diploma or GED
