  • Bilingual Intake Specialist (Day Shift: 9:00am-6:30pm)

The position is for a full-time phone intake specialist to work in personal injury auto claims at our Houston office. We are looking for a bright, energetic person who has a positive outlook and who is looking for a stable position. We are looking for people with a good work ethic who enjoy a challenge and working with the public. We ask for serious applicants only. This is not a remote position.

  1. Bilingual (Spanish proficiency)
  2. Prior legal experience/customer service experience preferred.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience with multi-line phones.
  5. Be a self-starter.
  6. Stable work history.
  7. Be a self-starter.
  8. Clerical skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
