Our client, a family owned manufacturer/distributor company is looking for a strong Office Manager/Bookkeeper. This is a unique role in what we’re looking for, so PLEASE read through the job description. Only qualified candidates will be contacted.

This Office Manager role will be instrumental in managing everything in the front office of this small shop. This includes the bookkeeping functions (you’ll work with the CPA firm), General Office Management and managing the order entry/customer service team. They are currently in the process of implementing a new ERP system, so strong technology background is a tremendous help in this role.

The right candidate will have:

  • ERP experience for bookkeeping/accounting functions and understanding of the order entry/inventory side
  • Office Management where you’re really wrapping your arms around all the front office functions, including office functions, events, and meetings
  • Strong understanding of process and workflow with an automated system
  • Strong MS Office skills

Great opportunity for someone who likes to ‘run the show’ in the front office. You’ll be partnering with the Sales Manager and Ops Manager to improve and increase efficiencies and customer satisfaction. Growth role. Great family to work with.
