Key Skills and Attributes:
This is a prominent, high-visibility role that necessitates the candidate's presence onsite five days a week. The individual must be ready to closely collaborate with senior staff to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision. Confidence in interactions and a professional demeanor are essential. This position is crucial for the daily operations of the client. Only highly experienced candidates will be considered, as this is not a role for growth. Proven, successful, long-term relevant experience is required. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating senior management meetings via platforms like Zoom and MS Teams, initiating hybrid meetings, collaborating with IT to resolve technical issues, arranging travel using designated applications, reconciling travel expenses, and managing travel adjustments as necessary. Additional duties involve answering and directing incoming calls, coordinating site events with dignitaries, organizing correspondence, managing workloads, scheduling appointments, and communicating on behalf of senior management as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience, demonstrating effective communication skills for successful interactions with clients or legal representatives.

Experience in public interaction via phone or front desk operations, document management, and exceptional phone etiquette is essential. Familiarity with operating a multiline phone system, reviewing written content for consistency, and managing daily operations of a high-level office is required. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience supervising office support staff is necessary. Candidates should be self-starters, quick learners, resourceful, and proactive. Exceptional oral and written communication skills are mandatory. An undergraduate degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
A law degree, advanced technical certification, or other relevant graduate degree is preferred.
