Role Summary:

We are in search of a highly driven and career-focused Chief Educational Officer who possesses exceptional communication skills, a collaborative leadership style, and a solid understanding of the educational sector. The responsibilities of this management-level position include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the educational facility
  • Ensuring adherence to all licensing and accreditation standards
  • Upholding and enforcing all policies outlined in the Employee Manual
  • Producing high-quality written communications for parents, staff, and supervisors
  • Managing the sales process to continually enhance enrollment, aligning with annual budget goals
  • Implementing sound business management practices, including financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Maximizing customer satisfaction to optimize enrollment and minimize withdrawals
  • Supporting educational leaders in delivering a superior early childhood program
  • Acting as a resource and mentor for all staff members
  • Conducting recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate screenings
  • Maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios in accordance with budgetary guidelines
  • Facilitating the orientation of new hires and conducting performance evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Administrative experience, preferably in Early Childhood Education
  • Proven expertise in Business Management, Sales, Customer Service, Staff Management, and Financial Organization
  • Ability to connect with both children and adults, demonstrating comfort in a leadership capacity
