Your Key Responsibilities:

Safety & HR Excellence:
  - Conduct virtual safety audits, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  - Support HR functions, including virtual tasks and compliance checks.

Event Space Maestro:
  - Develop and manage our event rental space program at our new headquarters.
  - Coordinate with clients to schedule and organize events, ensuring everything runs without a hitch.

Supply Chain Virtuoso:
  - Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
  - Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage supply budgets efficiently.

Front Desk Dynamo:
  - Be the welcoming face at our headquarters, managing front desk activities with a smile.
  - Handle virtual receptionist duties for our Vincennes and Owensboro Parrish offices, ensuring smooth communication.

Office Presentation Guru:
  - Ensure our headquarters is always presentable and professional.
  - Manage the scheduling and execution of cleaning and maintenance services.

Cleaning Service Coordinator:
  - Liaise with cleaning service providers to maintain a spotless office environment.
  - Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning services.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Stellar organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expert use of computer software.
