Position Overview:

The Repair Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of repair services. This position involves:

  • Engaging with clients and the sales team to identify repair opportunities
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating shipping timelines
  • Preparing cost estimates for repair services
  • Managing outsourced repair work with external partners
  • Overseeing service jobs from initiation to completion
  • Ensuring timely updates and progress on service jobs

Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in pump servicing and fabrication
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving objectives
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word

Additional Information:

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and work at a computer for extended periods.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting with some exposure to a machine/fabrication shop.

Training and Certifications: Not applicable.

Work Schedule: Day shift from 8 AM to 5 PM; overtime may be available with prior approval.

Travel Requirements: No travel is required.

Educational Background: High School Diploma or GED is required.
