Position Overview:

As a Repair Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing repair opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers and the sales team to identify repair needs
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating shipping timelines
  • Preparing cost estimates for repair services
  • Overseeing outsourced work with external service providers
  • Tracking and managing service jobs through to completion
  • Ensuring timely updates and progress on service jobs

Qualifications:

  • Practical experience in pump servicing and fabrication
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to motivate and achieve team goals
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word

Additional Information:

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting with some exposure to a machine/fabrication shop.

Training/Certifications: Not applicable.

Work Schedule: Day shift from 8 AM to 5 PM; overtime may be available with prior approval.

Travel Requirements: No travel is required.

Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
