Position details:
Serving as the main point of contact for global logistics and fulfillment, the logistics specialists will oversee and manage logistics and support warehouse management. Duties include inventory reconciliation, import and export, data analysis, inventory management, and compliance review. The ideal candidate will take initiative and problem-solve by effectively working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.

Job Duties:
• Manage shipment and receipt of all products (inbound/outbound) and Inventory of items
• Process shipments according to customer specifications and ensure timely delivery and updates
• Track, Trace and update status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Resolve warehouse and carrier errors and exceptions
• Promptly unload deliveries from trucks and courier services, sort, stock and communicate received items to proper personnel
• Timely communication with a positive attitude with all shipping/receiving parties involved (customer, carrier/courier, warehouse, freight forwarders)
• Coordinate and oversee returns (RMAs) working with various departments and customer
• Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily shipments, inventory receipts, and counts
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost savings measures
• Ad hoc projects, data management, and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Understanding of logistics industry’s standards and best practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• NetSuite and Salesforce experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure
• Manage month/year tasks such as cycle counts, data entry, and reconciliation projects
